What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store your name, WhatsApp number and email address, the course you asked about, the page you sent it from, and the time you sent it.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry: to send you course details, fees and start dates, and to follow up if you ask us to. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who can see it

Only AIOSH staff who handle admissions. The website is built and maintained by IRIXSOFT LTD, who can access the system to keep it running.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can help if you come back to us later. Ask us and we'll delete yours sooner.
